Originally from Yarmouth, Maine, I made my way down south to pursue a degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Sciences at W&L. Since starting school, I have discovered a passion for human and social behavioral analysis. I explore this interest through my psychology major, as well as my philosophy and mass communication minors. My psychological perspective on social elements is extremely helpful in creating communication strategies as it provides an analytical perspective on both the audiences and the current social climate. My philosophy background expands this skill by challenging my initial perspectives. Finally, I combine my analytical skills with communication theories to create strategic deliverables.

About Me
I am the Maine State Chair for Mock Convention and Chair of the General Activities Board. In Mock Convention, student run 510(c)(3) I practice intentional communication by sorting through broad political research and delivering monthly state reports of the most important findings. On the General Activities Board, I practice persuasion by planning and promoting campus concerts. I communicate internally with a team of 40 general members to delegate responsibilities and bring marketing strategies for our concerts to life. Through these positions, I have made many connections within the W&L and Lexington communities, even finding close friends to explore broader Lexington with!
I am a quick learner and always ready to dive into my next challenge. I collaborate well with coworkers, even going to the extreme of organizing an intern skydiving bonding trip last summer. I love to experience new things, spend time outdoors, travel, and be with my close friends and family. My favorite activities to share with those close to me include analyzing Taylor Swift lyrics, going on long walks, designing merchandise for clubs on campus, and training to become a spin instructor.
